Spring Ritual Baths
Washing Winter Off Without Stripping Yourself Bare
Spring baths are not about cleansing away everything that kept you safe through winter. They are about circulation—loosening what has gone stiff, softening what has been held too tightly, and letting warmth and water invite the body back into motion.
Winter baths tend to be protective and heavy. Spring baths are lighter, brighter, and brief. They do not ask you to empty yourself. They ask you to move energy again.
This is threshold work. The bath is the crossing.
